event02_CUP RACE

Set Up

  • 40-4 oz. beers are on both sides of the beer pong table.
  • 2 Teams stand opposite each other at each end.
We’ll Need: Timer, Judges, 80 Solo cups, Beer

Game Play

Step_01:  Everyone from each team cheers, touch the table, drink, and put the cup upside down on the table
Step_02:  Pick up another cup, drink it.
Step_03:  Place the cup back on the table upside-down.
Step_04:  Repeat until no more cups are left.

DRINK

Specs and Rules

  • Each person can only drink 1 cup at a time.
  • No combining cups.
  • Cup have to be placed top-down after you drink it.
  • Timer doesn’t stop unless all cups are on the table top-down.
  • Who plays who? Since there are an odd number of teams, the first place team at the beginning of the event will go last and by themselves. The other 3 games will be 2nd vs. 7th, 3rd vs. 6th, and 4th vs. 5th.
  • Spillage is discouraged, and there will be no penalty for incidental spillage. We’ve never docked points for spillage, so just try your best.
Scoring
  • Best total team time wins.
  • We measure to the hundredth of a second (i.e 25.36 seconds)
  • 1st Place = 7 points
  • 2nd Place = 6 points
  • 3rd Place = 5 points
  • 4th Place = 4 points
  • 5th Place = 3 points
  • 6th Place = 2 points
  • 7th Place = 1 point
