SCHEDULE & MENU
So here’s our schedule. It’s absolutely a TENTATIVE schedule. First, we’re all lazy procrastinators, and sticking to deadlines or timelines isn’t something I’m good at, so I can’t really expect things to go super-smoothly at Beer Olympics. But… we’ll try our best to stick to it, get people where they should be, and have everyone making sure we move forward.
Thanks to Jenny for creating this menu along with the other people who provided good ideas. Yohan’s working on the details of his signature pasta and grilled chicken. We also have other homemade specialities like Sang’s Guacamole and Andy’s DC Slaw.
Depending on our check-out time, which Andy is negotiating now (and it looks like we’ll be able to get a later check-out), we’ll have the best homemade hangover cure the morning after the events – Seol Lung Tang (ox-tail soup). Jenny and I are planning to prepare huge vats of this wonderful soup before the weekend. She’s also experimenting with Ggakdugi (korean pickled radish) since it’s definitely an integral part of the seol lung tang experience.
The menu’s pretty much set, but if you have any ideas to contribute that would keep things simple (keep in mind we’re preparing food for 35), or if you see any issues with the menu as it’s set, please don’t hesitate to comment… but from the looks of it, they’re all Good Eats..
